Btw sashimi grade doesn’t mean it’s higher quality salmon, it just means that the salmon has been frozen for an appropriate amount of time in order to be considered safe to eat raw. Freezing salmon insures that all parasites and harmful bacteria die, so it is safe to consume raw.
Yea but I want you all to realize that if you don’t freeze the fresh fish for at least seven days after buying it, you’re just eating a parasite feast. Looks good tho. 😉
