Click here to buy this blade: 🤍 Specs: Columbia River Knife & Tool® and noted knife designer Ken Onion bring you the Eros knife. This lightweight knife features a premium 3" Acuto stainless steel blade and a bead blast finished titanium frame lock handle with pocket clip for easy tip-down carry. The modified drop point blade has a high hollow grind, swedged top edge, and a high satin finish. Steel is premium Acuto, stainless, noted for its high chromium and molybdenum content and hardness. It is instantly opened by pressing the blade flipper with either hand. For safety while closed, the blade has a ball detent. Even the best conventional blade pivot bearings have some degree of friction which resists initial movement, or "stiction." In contrast, the blade opening action is almost friction-free due to the IKBS ball-bearing system. This innovative and simple design places eight uncaged ball bearings on each side of the blade pivot in races which are machined into the stainless steel handle. It is compact and adjustable at the blade pivot screw if ever needed. Not only is opening and closing exceptionally smooth, the IKBS system is durable and requires little maintenance, and yields a folder with great rigidity and no blade play. The Eros model is a frame lock open build knife with a titanium frame. In typical Ken Onion attention to detail, the frame lock does not create an unsightly gap in the right frame, but its cut is neatly integrated into the grip design of the frame. Click Here to Buy Now: 🤍 The CRKT K456XXP is a stainless steel version of the popular Ken Onion designed Eros knife. The K456XXP Large Eros folder has a flat stainless steel handle with framelock tab. The blade is a modified drop point, like the original Eros, and has a high hollow grind, swedged top edge, and a high satin finish. The Eros has an IKBS ball-bearing system for exceptionally smooth performance with great rigidity and no blade play.
A great affordable offering from CRKT and Ken Onion. The stainless steel version of his hit Eros flipper that originally released in an all titanium version. This is slightly wider in grip and blade spine. Rounded edges of the blade spine add to its value and price. The little touches are a nice addition for those wanting value and quality/attention to detail. The IKBS bearings allow the flipper tab to deploy the blade smooth and quickly. It's tip down only carry option doesn't bother me for such a small EDC. The blade shape is a very sharp spear point with a pretty decent tip. It's not to thin and the blade adds some belly for easy cutting a slicing. All in all I recommend the large Eros SS for a gent EDC, light to medium task EDC or nice backup carry. bladeplay.com Specifications Overall Length: 6.94" Blade Length: 2.84" Blade Thickness: 0.10" Blade Material: AUS-8 Hardness: 57-58 RC Blade Style: Drop Point Blade Grind: Hollow Blade Finish: Satin Edge Type: Plain Handle Length: 4.06" Handle Thickness: 0.33"

Click here to buy the CRKT Swindle with smooth handles: 🤍 Click here to buy the CRKT Swindle with grooved handles: 🤍 Who better to "cheat" the rules of typical folding pocket knife design other than world renowned Knife Designer Ken Onion, whose new Swindle™ design flows from tip to tail with the slightest of uphill curve. It innocently tricks the eye at first sight, but once in the hand the functional subtleties become apparent. The frame lock mechanics and flipper style opener are neatly tucked into the stainless steel handles, and the hollow ground, modified wharncliffe blade moves with ease thanks to the smooth IKBS™ pivot system. The IKBS™ innovation is arguably the strongest, smoothest pivot system on the market. The Swindle™ comes in two versions, both with Razor Sharp Cutting Edges with two distinguished handles. The K240XXP in a flat, smooth handled version and the K241XXP in a distinctive grooved handle. Both are excellent selections for the refined knife enthusiast. For carry, Ken went the extra mile with a clip design flowing from the tail end, back over the spine. The tension lever securely clips into the pocket and "nests" the knife for comfort. If you are seeking a classy, slim everyday carry knife that "bends" the rules in your favor, the Swindle™ is a good bet. It might look like your grandpa’s classic WWI folder, but it’s got an impressive secret. Learn More: 🤍 Learn More About Field Strip: 🤍 The new Homefront™ knife is the first in our fleet to feature “Field Strip” technology. This in-field, no-tool take apart capability lets you purge your most reliable companion of a hard day’s grime right where you are, without ever returning to your workbench. The breakthrough “Field Strip” innovation comes from the shop of world-renowned knife craftsman Ken Onion and has been over ten years in the making. To disassemble the Homefront™ when the knife is in the closed position, push the front release lever away from the blade, then spin the turn release wheel on the rear of the handle away from the pivot shaft—once you feel the handle release, pull it up and away from the blade. Reassembly is as easy as reversing the procedure, allowing for practical, quick maintenance where you stand. From his shop in Kaneohe, HI, Ken Onion designed the tactically inspired, everyday carry Homefront™ knife to stay true to its vintage roots. The bayonet lug-style flipper sets off the smooth open action of the 3.5” modified drop point blade, while tank jimping on the backstrap sits snugly against your palm. It stands up to the looks of a WWI heirloom, and it sure as hell stands up to any job it encounters. The handles are made from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and house an impressively beefy AUS 8 stainless steel blade. Classic on the outside, impressively futuristic on the inside, the Homefront™ is about to change everything. Field Strip technology is patent pending.

Featuring a modified drop point blade in the distinctive Ken Onion style, it's ready to take on a variety of cutting tasks and claim victory over every one of them—without you breaking a sweat. An IKBS™ ball bearing pivot system deploys the blade smooth and fast while a locking liner keeps you protected. Keeping boxes, rope and twine safe from it? That's a different story. An aluminum handle in a gun metal grey makes the Outrage™ look like something you'd see out of NASA not just CRKT. Finally, a low profile clip keeps the whole thing tight and snug in your pocket. Ken Onion is no stranger to stylish folders that win awards for their good looks and solid build. We're pretty sure the Outrage™ is next in line to take the stage with some of his favorite designs. When you have a tough job to get through in a stylish way, the Outrage™ fits the bill
